It’s time to cast your votes for the boys and girls winter sports high school athletes of the week, covering performances from May 3-9. Each week, the county sports desk posts two new polls highlighting student-athletes who delivered standout performances over the previous seven days.
Nominees are selected based on input from staff and contributors. To nominate an athlete for a future week, email [email protected] or direct message sports reporter Ethan Morrison on X. Include details of their achievements for the current week only, such as notable statistics or results. All submissions will be considered, though not every nominee will be selected.
The poll remains open until noon on Friday.
